The Challenge:

European Customer Synergy (ECS) is a leading facilities management (FM) company delivering services throughout Europe via a unique network of 42 FM partner companies. Working with well-known brands and partnering with pioneering suppliers such as Diversey and Kimberly-Clark on technological innovations, ECS is able to deliver highly efficient, sustainable and bespoke FM services to its clients.

ECS was keen to further establish its presence in the UK, promoting its capabilities to the industry to help drive sales and new accounts for the business.

Requiring a specialist agency with experience in the FM space to support the company’s growth, ECS appointed us to work alongside its internal team and marketing contacts within its family of partner companies.

The Solution:

Focussing on profile building, thought leadership, social media, social selling consultancy and sales support, we devised a comprehensive PR strategy, which harnessed the team’s industry knowledge, and in-depth research into opportunities within the FM sector and target markets.

Our strategic approach led to valuable results for ECS, including direct sales leads from quality, target prospects, which were attracted by thought leadership content. Subsequent new business meetings presented the opportunity for ECS to secure two high profile contracts and the potential for long-term working relationships.

In addition to new business opportunities, we worked with ECS to establish the company’s profile on social media, engaging with key press contacts and prospects.

Our team also secured PR coverage in target publications read by decision makers, in addition to lobbying and securing speaker opportunities at renowned industry conferences and introducing ECS to FM industry influencers.

-25% increase in new Twitter followers in Q1 of 2017

-Average engagement rate of 2% of social media channels (the industry average is 0.5-1.0%)
