Our Process

Not all events are created equal, nor should they be! We'll work closely with you and your team to build an event that's tailored to your specific needs and desired business outcomes. Here's an idea of how the process might go:

  • Getting Started

    A successful event starts with good planning.


    We'll meet with you and your team to determine what the desired outcome for your event will be, and what format will work best. We will also work with you to decide a date, location, and the rest of the basic details.

  • The Lead Up

    Don't worry, we'll sort the details.


    Once a date is set and a format is chosen, our team will get to work sourcing panelists or guest speakers (if needed), sending and managing invites, and promoting the event with great content. We'll even organise a practice session with any of your speakers to ensure everyone is good to go. Leave it all to us, and trust it will be taken care of!

  • The Day Of

    The big day has finally arrived!


    We've planned, prepped, and promoted, so now the only thing left to do is enjoy! We can take over hosting duties, if desired, as panel moderator or the event's emcee. Our team will also make sure to collect plenty of content on the day to share in real time or afterwards.

  • After the Event

    Your event was a success! Now what?


    The event itself is only just the beginning. We'll help you make the most of it afterwards with some great content so that you can maximise your event long after it's over.
